Game Selection and Variants
We run our blackjack lobby on RTG software and open it to Canadian players who want real money tables. In practice, it means you get several familiar variants in one place: European Blackjack, Perfect Pairs, Pontoon and Face Up 21. You can launch them straight in your browser or install the desktop client if you prefer offline access.
European Blackjack sticks close to traditional rules, with the dealer standing on 17. Face Up 21 shows both dealer cards right away, so the decision-making feels different from the first second. Pontoon keeps the British style of blackjack with its own terms for hits and stands. Perfect Pairs keeps the classic game but adds a side bet built around matching cards in your starting hand.
All blackjack titles sit in the table games area beside baccarat and roulette. On mobile, everything opens through the browser on smartphones and tablets, no separate app download is needed.
Starting Real Money Sessions
To play for cash, Canadian players create an account first. Click the signup button, add your email and a username, then select CAD as your main currency. After that, confirm the email via the link we send out.
When the account is ready, move to the cashier and select a deposit option that suits you. Type the amount in Canadian dollars and, if you have one, enter a promo code. Bitcoin deposits tend to confirm faster, often in roughly 10-30 minutes depending on network traffic. Standard banking options work too but they usually take longer.
As soon as the funds appear on your balance, open the table games lobby and choose blackjack. Adjust your wager with the chip selector before you deal the first hand. Minimum deposits depend on the payment method, crypto usually lets you start from a lower amount.
Rules and Payouts
In our blackjack ruleset the dealer hits on soft 17 and stands on any other 17. You can double down only when your total is 9, 10 or 11. Splitting is allowed once per hand, with no re-splitting after that point.
A natural blackjack pays 1.5 to 1. Regular winning hands pay even money. If your total matches the dealer, it is a push and we return the original stake. Insurance appears only when the dealer shows an ace and pays 2 to 1 if the dealer then completes a blackjack.
| Action | Condition | Payout |
|---|---|---|
| Blackjack | Natural 21 | 1.5:1 |
| Standard Win | Beat dealer | 1:1 |
| Insurance | Dealer blackjack | 2:1 |
| Push | Tie | Bet returned |
Game controls sit at the bottom of the screen, with buttons for hit, stand, double and split. Chip sizes scale from the table minimum up to the max limit. Press deal whenever you are ready to start a new hand.
Strategy Resources
We maintain downloadable blackjack cheat sheets in our game guides section. These charts show what decision basic strategy recommends for each hand total against every dealer up-card. The layout is made as a grid: player totals on one axis, dealer cards on the other.
Basic strategy is split into three parts - hard totals, soft totals and pair splitting. Hard totals are hands without aces or where the ace only counts as 1. Soft totals are hands where the ace can be counted as 11. Pair splitting rules point out when it makes sense to split matching cards based on what the dealer is showing.
You can head to the game guides area, find the blackjack strategy PDF and download it. Print it out or keep it open on a second screen while you play. We do not block strategy tools, in fact we support players who make more informed choices.
We also mention card counting in supplementary material, but it is less impactful online due to continuous shuffling in digital games. The Hi-Lo system is explained without any promise of profit. Since online RNG and deck penetration differ from land-based tables, it is important to be realistic.
